On May 08, 2025, after more than 5 years in the making, "Complete The Mission", a work by Calvin madeS.O.N Early, was performed in front of an audience of more than 150 fans, family members, friends and artists also embarking on their own creative journeys. Poetry Potluck Gatherings are unmatched! We celebrated and shared the Legacy of Juneteenth and created a Day of Wellness to Uplift our Community in collaboration with our “Friends of the Family”@proof.and.puddin.by.talia; art therapy
as well as @MUCE305 @bahltsoflo ; cultural art exhibitions.
The gathering was hosted at the historic home of D.A. DORSEY, Miami's first black millionaire and by far one of our most iconic figures and feature's appearance by CUZZINs: Brother Zu, May Reign, Salam the Poet, F Bomb, Fabienne Polycapre, A Cup of Jodi, Shedia Nelson, Tabo Courtney, Sherika Mitchell, Calvin madeS.O.N Early, and more

Album: Verbal Vision

Our mixtape anthologies are a compilation of music, poetry, speeches, and varying sound bites. This curation is meant to be an extension of the "The Open Stage", providing an opportunity to further amplify the artists who share their stories with us . It is a listening space, a learning space, and a living artifact.

This was the very first mixtape project. We exploring ways to connect with CUZZINs beyond the gathering. Something more personal and intimate but still connected to the greater community. The Poetry Potluck Playlist, as we referred to it, was lead by DJ Legrand the very first Official Dj for the Poetry Potluck. He took an idea and create an artifact for the Family to share for generations.
