These are some of the realisations and breathroughs ive had over the last week as part of invictus and allowing that to flow to other areas of my life! I feel like ive found my inner warrior, im now using my voice powerfully and im feeling pleasure in the body!

This is something that come through late last night after receiving messages about my golden shadow video 😭

In those moments I really felt proud of myself for showing up so powerfully in that capacity, but as I got in bed, it finally clicked that I had courage & ultimately leadership, all mixed up 😬

Golden Shadow breakthrough 😭😭 This is my breakthrough from our recent breathwork session and homework as part of Invictus, based on uncovering the golden shadow, and the ways in which we sabotage ourselves from stepping into and embodying those gifts.

Im so bloody grateful for the men I get to spend my time with in this group, and also so grateful for Tim Morrison for being the man he is and allowing for this transition to take place.
