Plum Village Dharma Teacher Michael Ciborski gave four dharma talks at the Spring 2023 Open Way Montana Retreat, held May 4-7 at the Flathead Lutheran Bible Camp. The retreat theme was "Healing with Inner Stability and Freedom."

Central to these talks was the image of "The Two Arms of the Practice" -- to hug our inner selves, we must use two arms, one to recognize and transform suffering, and the other to cultivate and experience joy.
