Speaking of cocktails, today Ben is drinking a San Francisco 25 while Matthew is drinking a Black & Orange . Recipes below.

San Francisco 25

• 2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Grenadine
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 2-3 oz Sparkling White Wine
• Combine the gin, grenadine, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled. Double strain into a champagne flute and top with the sparkling white wine.

Black & Orange

• 1 1/2 oz Bourbon
• 1/2 oz Grand Marnier
• 1/4 oz coffee liqueur
• 1/2 oz Amaro Nonino
• 1 dash black walnut bitters
• 1 dash chocolate bitters
• Orange twist for garnish
• Combine the bourbon, Grand Marnier, coffee liqueur, Amaro Nonino and bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 30 seconds. Express the orange twist over the glass and place in the glass.
