Welcome back to the people who are ready to see change. On this episode of Operation Stop CPS's Podcast Series: Voices of the Unheard, Amanda will interview two mothers currently fighting to regain custody of their children from Durham County Department of Social Services (North Carolina). Alexis Wynn is the mother of Prince and Zion. Prince and Zion were wrongfully removed in 2019 after Alexis became a victim of domestic violence. Instead of providing Alexis with services, her children were taken into custody. Kellie Smith is the mother of Phillip and Ah'miyah. Ah'miyah was wrongfully removed in 2019 and then Phillip was taken in 2021. There was no evidence to prove that Kellie had abused or neglected her children but Kellie was preyed upon because she was a teen mother. Both of these mothers have completed all court ordered services yet their children have not been returned to their care. Listen in as we break down their cases and call the community to action.

Welcome back to the people who are ready to see change. On this episode of Operation Stop CPS's podcast series: She Has Risen, we are highlighting Black women who will no longer remain silent while the United States Government wages war against the black family.
The Black Mothers March on the White House is steered by the African National Women's Organization, Operation Stop CPS, Movement For Family Power, Jmac For Families, The Life Recovery Project, The Family Justice Tribe, and The Coalition against family separation. These organizations exist to expose the systematic attack on black women and the black family by the U.S. government. We are coming to Washington D.C. to let the U.S. Government know that the scheme is over. You can no longer kidnap our children and tell us it is for our own protection. We are the protection.
On this episode we will be talking to Yejide Orunmila (ANWO) Demetria Hester (ANWO) Ragina Rage (ANWO) and Keshia Dorsey (Family Justice Tribe). Erika Clark (ANWO) will be moderating this dynamic conversation.

Welcome back to the people who are ready to see change. On this episode, Amanda and Tafarrah, co-founders of Operation Stop CPS, update listeners on the Movement to Protect Parents Rights and Bring Our Babies Home.
For far too long, families have suffered in silence after having their precious babies unjustly removed from their care by Child Protective Services (CPS). On September 15, 2021, Operation Stop CPS, We Have a Right to Be Right, and Protect the Starseeds began the 1st ever 11 Days of Activation to launch this nonviolent resistance movement to protect our babies. The purpose to the 11 Days of Activation is to raise the awareness for the illegal kidnapping of children from safe and loving homes by CPS.
As part of the 11 Days of Activation, parents and community allies joined the movement to demand that this system Bear Witness to its own abuse of families. No longer can this system turn a blind eye to the trauma it inflicts on innocent families. The Bear Witness Activation is a statement made on behalf of families that enough is enough. In the beginning, we started Bear Witness Activations in 4 states. Those 4 states represented 5 families whose babies have been illegally kidnapped by CPS. 10 more states activated throughout the 11 Days of Activation and countless families have come forward to expose the corruption families are facing daily at the hands of this oppressive system.
There is a lot of work that needs to be done in order to stop CPS from continuing to dismantle and destroy the family unit. Operation Stop CPS is a movement to protect families from the Child Protection System. The movement focuses on exposing the harms of CPS and creating change campaigns for families that are currently forced to interact with the system. As a community, we can, and we must unite to solve this problem.

Ms. Sellers is demanding the dismissal of this fabricated petition that granted Fayette County Cabinet For Family and Children Services custody of her child.
On August 13, 2021, Kentucky Child Protection System will have to prove that Ms. Sellers abused and neglected Zephaniah on May 19, 2021, during a full evidentiary. Listen to Ms. Sellers tell her history from her admission to Baptist Hospital Lexington to her discharge from Baptist Hospital Lexington after she gave birth to Zephaniah without complications. Welcome back to all those who are ready to see change in this world. Warning: The following audio may wake the listener up to the injustices that millions of families are forced to face at the hands of the Child Protection System.
Read the story of Amen'Ra Sba, told proudly by his parents:
"Peace and Love. My name is Syesha Mercado, I’m a mother, singer, songwriter, and creative entrepreneur who has had success on Broadway and as a 2nd place runner-up on Season 7 of American Idol. My proudest accomplishment in life is being a Mommy to my beautiful baby boy, Amen’Ra.
My partner Tyron is an educator and youth service professional working in the Foster system, and we need your support to raise awareness of something that has gone unnoticed for too long……….....
"The Legalized Kidnapping of Black Babies through CPS”
I am a Pregnant, breastfeeding, Mama who went to the hospital with the intention to get my sun, Amen’Ra, some fluids while transitioning from extended breastfeeding to being bottle-fed. On March 11th, our sun Amen’Ra was forcefully and legally kidnapped from us by CPS, who claim we refused a B12 shot that was a matter of life and death, which is an absolute lie. We never refused a B12 shot, and at no point was he on the verge of death. Our Sun has since been placed with a white foster family without interviewing qualified relatives or friends of our family for placement while they investigate. We are given limited information and presently only have weekly zoom visitation for an hour with our sun, with no court order stating these visitation limitations.

Welcome back to all those who are ready to see change in this world. On this episode of Operation Stop CPS's Podcast Series: Voices of the Unheard, Amanda and Tafarrah take listeners into the courtroom of Judge Libby Messer. On June 16, 2021 Judge Messer, a Family Court Judge in Lexington Kentucky, overruled Ms. Sellers motion to dismiss the petition granting Kentucky CPS custody of her child. The Judge overuled Ms. Sellers motion without requiring CPS to provide any evidence to support the continued separation of this newborn from his mother. It sounds unbelievable but it is the reality Ms. Sellers and millions of other families are forced to live with because the unchecked power of the United States Child Protection System.
