The Wizard attempts to send the party to the land of peace. Something goes wrong and Aria, Rook, and Ziros are separated from the rest of the party.

Following the death of Sol the party returns to Krokka, making a new friend along the way through magical means. The party bury their fallen friend and deeper relationships begin to form.

The party catches up with Rook, they learn how to use the orb. Aria and Arum agree it would be best to use the item. Dash goes for a walk and stays out past dark, Rook heads out to find him. The party moves on, heading for Groggy Hill to complete the job requested of them - only to find out the job had been completed without them. Rook receives a letter from an old informant advising the person Rook is looking for has moved. The party goes to talk to the wizard.

In the fallout of the last episode, Ziros shares more about his life before joining the party and the deal he made with the sword. The party gains a lead on their main quest for the magic crystals. The Party meets Rebbecca along the path to Crystal Brook, seeing her again - or something using her form.

With tensions high within the party, Kadath and Aria discuss what waits for them at Crystal Brook and Rook speaks with her god. The party returns to Nottingham and has a go pulling the blade again, resulting in someone very nearly pulling it. Along the path to Crystal Brook, the party comes to a roadblock, a choice to take the forest path or the mountain path.

The party leaves town, Crystal Brook bound. They come across a troll bridge and have to pay the toll. Arum begins to notice strange changes. Ziros listens to his mysterious sword more.

The Party receives a request for assistance in Groggy Hill. While agreeing on their next course of action Crystal Brook, Groggy Hill, and Luxbar are put in the ring as places to go. Kadath requests the party set out for Crystal Brook first to bury the body. Settling on Crystal Brook, Aria receives a letter from her home, making her eager to hurry to Crystal Brook. Ziros and Arum go with Rook to the armory and find, perhaps, more than they were looking for. Dash has been disappearing at odd hours, hiding a new friend.
