If you're still stuck in the "I'll sleep when I'm dead" mindset, you're subjecting yourself to one of the most influential causes of modern diseases. Of all the things I hold dearest, it's sleep.

But I broke a few of my own rules and stayed up late eating food. This lead to a chain reaction of suckiness that impacted my whole next day.

The main reason I prioritize sleep is to increase my health span and enjoy my days more. How you spend your day is how you spend your life!

This episode starts with me complaining about how sexual harassment training was going to be lame and alluding that I didn't need it because I was raised by my mom.

How wrong I was!

The training was actually enlightening and very interesting. I'm glad I did it.

Big ups to the city of New York for this stimulating programming!

OH yeah, and time Blocking. I did the training when I thought I would be most susceptible and open to it. Was I right?

This joint venture deal between these two companies is the first deal of many to come that will revolutionize and modernize liquor distribution. This is going to be big.

Here's some insight I've aggregated from many different sources, mostly newly wealthy people who have bootstrapped their wealth.

• Success isn't sexy. Don't get cute, follow the simple, proven path.
• Use other people's money by creating value.
• Take free money when it's there (government cheese)
• Don't spend, invest.

I'm going to focus my energy on the things I can control.

This is it an excuse to suck at empathy however. I worry very much for the families in hrms way in Ukraine.

Creating and practicing your elevator pitch may seem like a pain in the ass. It should be. But that single, simple well crafted and painstakingly crafted string of words is like speed dating. The length of your elevator pitch is probably already longer than the attention span of the receiver.

Mine is only 23 words.
