Brenda Davis, registered dietitian, is a leader in her field and an internationally acclaimed speaker. Alex is an expert in dry fasting and master fasting and has been studying nutrition for the past 20 years and focusing on detoxification for the past 2 years. While she doesn't put herself into a box, her approach is heavily plant-based and raw.
