I've always had an interest in unusual activity and even attended your forum in Chicago a couple of years ago. My question: if a retail trader makes an options trade based on unusual activity that is later deemed "insider" (or something not legal); could the retail trader - and anyone who copied the "insider" trade be in trouble? What are the possible outcomes?
