It is always rewarding to rise early and witness the morning scenes of nature. This past Sunday I visited Everglades National Park, specifically near Pa-hay-okee Overlook at sunrise. I was fortunate enough to to take in this view of Pond Cypress (Taxodium ascendens) as the sun rose and broke through the clouds while traveling back towards the main park road. #pondcypress #taxodiumaacendens #morning #sunrise #evergladesnps #evergladesnationalpark #everglades #payhayokeeoverlook #keepflwild #conserveflorida #fcvoters
