Gloria Cheng, Phar.D., BCPS, APh graduated with her Pharm.D. from the University of California, San Francisco in 2012. Not long after graduating, Lieutenant Commander Emily Winans, Pharm.D., a pharmacist and commissioned officer in the United States Public Health Service (USPHS) got a job doing just that!
