Bad things happen when your body becomes uninhabitable. Rusty should have known that when he was popping all of those pills. An incident in the womb led to Rusty incubating his twin brother for 43 years, and JJ wants out. And Hank and Dean don't want a possible new brother running around, so they hit the road, with Dr. Orpheus in tow.
