This season premiere brings us the first of many new status quos, but not the one you expect. The boys are dead and Rusty is adrift, while Dr. Orpheus is wracked with guilt over what happened. The Monarch is in prison, and Dr. Girlfriend has fled to the arms(?) of Phantom Limb. How do we proceed from here?
