There is a strong sense of Judgement that sits between the two, a strong sense of power play - the oppressor and the oppressed, aggressor and the victim - This judgement sits strong because it has been upheld through the actions and power imbalances between the two for centuries - and yet they are not "two" - the Masculine and Feminine are PRIMAL ENERGIES or Frequencies that we carry within ourselves, the essential life force of Creation, yin and yang - when out of balance, they create havoc, they create the world as we see it today: torn with violence and rage -

Balancing Femine and the Masculine energies calls for a different POV - an invitation to LOOK INWARD and see where we have let OUR distorted masculine energy overpower the feminine energy and where the wounded feminine has been manipulating the wounded masculine - It calls for us to call for TRUCE WITHIN, one that can ONLY be initiated by the Divine Feminine as she tunes in to her heart centre, her seat of power, unfolding her gifts of intuition, creativity and unconditional Nurturing to then invite the Masculine to lay down his arms, take off his shield, tune in to his HEART and step forward in his Divinity, led by courage, dismantling power structures to initiate a New Earth, rooted in Love -

An Intervention of Self/ for self is what I call this episode Through these last 13 weeks, I had been feeling good about showing up and you know being myself, speaking my truth (etc) and yet there has been this nagging feeling like I'm still hiding, or a part of me is still hiding because I'm afraid - I've called guests in, strangers, friends and co-created with them beautifully but I would also like to explore how it is when it is just Me and Myself speaking about what I believe in, what I stand for and why I believe these podcasts, me, my journey, my vision for this world matters - so this is me , outside the lines, blurry undone me, showing up for me.

Plugging back into the Feeling of Being Loved and Creating from a Place of Love, in every moment

The "beginning" for me is channeling the Confidence a child feels, instinctively, in knowing how strongly he is connected and Loved by the Creator - the Confidence with which he creates, dreams, discovers and shows up in the world in every moment and so, Going Back to the Start is Plugging into that FEELING of Love, Feeling of Freedom Feeling on Confidence as grownups - How do we do that? By starting SMALL in every moment - By choosing what we WANT To do without fear and with love in every moment -

For Usman, the beginning is in each moment, in each day and it begins with a prayer, a "dua" that you set for yourself, of ease and love and abundance and then choosing to PLUG back into the Belief of that dua in every instance - and begin again the next day and the next knowing that you are Taken care of Abundantly by your Creator, through your prayer.

We both agree on how the core of each moment is believing that we have been created by our Creator in Love, with Love and that is ALL THERE IS - there is no judgment no shame no guilt - there is ONLY LOVE - Believe it and witness it as He shows it to you in your everyday life.
