Gearing up for my long run and bike this weekend. Trying to make the best choices to make sure I succeed at this #RedemptionRace.

Feeling good today after getting a clear picture of the things I need to do moving forward and the plan on how to get there most efficiently. Failed the No Cookie Challenge unfortunately, but Stefany and I have a better diet strategy moving forward and we hope it sticks and becomes successful.

A quick daily podcast today. Got a good 5-miles in yesterday and looking forward to adding some more runs into my training mix.

Sorry I missed yesterday’s podcast… it’s been a busy few days. We’ll bring you up to date on my weekend training and my final words on Game Of Thrones (which after the fact, I realize I still have more complaints… but I think I’m just done at this point.)
