Day 3 of Ironman training is in the books… got my swim in (even with sharing a lane), and then finished Day 3 of the “Your First Century” bike training program. By the end, I wasn’t sure if I could differentiate which droplets on the floor were sweat and which were tears.

Back-to-back good training days now that I’ve officially begun Ironman training. Even though I’ve been crushing the workouts, my weight is up over the past few days, though I’m not letting it deter me. And I did the coolest thing yesterday — interviewed Mike Reilly, the voice of Ironman.
