Talk with Shreya Khanal who shares her experience working in rural Nepal their local practices and Chaupadi, where during monthly period with start of Menarche females are forced to spend next few days in small hut, where these practices are repeated month after month until menopause.

Sristi KC , lost her eyesight when she was 16yrs old, then she attended college and excel in her studies. She founded organization name Blind Rocks  in Nepal which helps to empower others who are visually impaired. She is motivational speaker as well and continues to inspire thousands of others. .
