The central mystery in Christianity is the Most Holy Trinity. Nostos is a Greek word for homecoming. Odysseus takes a long time to get home from the Trojan War and everything had changed, including Odysseus. In Psalm 137, the Judeans longed for home and couldn't sing their songs in a strange land. Nostalgia is an ache for home or for the past. Something is missing in each of us. Jesus talks today about looking upon him on his cross for healing. Learn of the love of God and what it means to go home.
