Jeff was back up in Georgia again this week (who can blame him), but through the wonders of modern technology, he was able to hang out with Capt. Kevin and Capt. Kirk to talk about the INCREDIBLE weather that greeted them this morning. It was a beautiful day, and provided the perfect backdrop to talk about getting ready for bow season, as well as talking about the upcoming mullet run.

Here’s your Kirbyco Builders Inc. cooking tip of the week: Sweet Potato Soufflé
1 lb steamed sweet potatoes
1 stick of butter
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
3 tbs flour(any)
2 tbs vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
Blend thoroughly in blender until it’s a thick soup
Pour in a greased 1.5 qt casserole bowl
Bake at 350 (45 mins)
(Top with marshmallows optional but recommended!)
