The Old School Kingfish Shootout is upon us, so Capt. Kirk (a.k.a. Cheaty McCheaterson) and Jeff were talking about it with Tournament Director Paul Dozier and a bunch of participants…including Capt. Kevin! Capt. Chip Wingo sat in with the guys too, and supplied his own perspective on all the Old School fun.
3-2-1 Saint Louis Ribs
Seasoned and smoked for 3 hours in Apple then 1/3’s of butter honey and bbq sauce painted on then wrapped tight with butcher paper for 2 hours. Then opened and painted with original Sweet Baby Rays for the last hour. Amazing!!
