This weekend was out Easter service and Pastor Steve finishes our current series by teaches that Jesus’ death and resurrection changed everything, proving He is truly the Son of God, defeating death, and offering forgiveness, strength, and hope to all who believe. He calls people to respond by not giving up or selling out, but instead to “look in” to the empty tomb, trust in Jesus, and begin their own resurrection story through faith in Him.

This week Pastor Steve focuses on the cross, he teaches that the cross confronts us with the reality of our sin and brokenness while also revealing the depth of God’s love, showing that through Jesus’ sacrifice our sins are forgiven, our future is secure, and God’s redemptive plan is complete. Calling believers to continually return to the cross, respond with repentance and reconciliation, and live transformed lives that refuse to settle for less than what God desires.

Kicking off this new series, Pastor Steve explains that while life brings deep pain and suffering, Jesus fully understands our brokenness and chose to endure unimaginable agony and separation from the Father in the Garden and on the cross to save us. He emphasizes that His sacrifice is the ultimate display of love, offering us forgiveness, new life, and the assurance that we are never alone if we place our faith in Him.

Continuing the Walking Worthy series, Pastor Steve teaches that Paul’s prayer in Ephesians centers on believers being strengthened by the Holy Spirit, growing in Christ, and not just understanding but deeply experiencing God’s love, which transforms their lives from the inside out. It also warns that it’s possible to stay busy and doctrinally correct while drifting from a genuine love for Jesus, calling believers to rely on God’s limitless power, return to their first love, and live with bold faith that expects God to do more than they can imagine.

This week Pastor Steve teaches that when we live a Jesus centered life and walk worthy of our calling, we build a strong foundation that allows us to trust God’s sovereignty and remain steady even when life suddenly falls apart. He emphasizes that God’s once hidden plan is now revealed through Jesus that salvation is for all people and this truth should lead us to boldly approach God, rest in His care, and passionately share the gospel.

This week Pastor Steve explains that throughout history walls have divided people, but through His death on the cross, Jesus tore down the spiritual and relational walls between Jews and Gentiles, bringing peace and creating one unified family of believers. Because salvation is by grace through faith alone, we as Christians are called to stop rebuilding walls through pride or legalism and instead walk together in unity, empowered by the Holy Spirit, as one spiritual home built on Christ.

True Christian life begins with recognizing our sin and spiritual death, receiving God’s gift of salvation through Jesus, and understanding His mercy and grace. You are called to live out their new identity as God’s masterpiece by walking worthy of their calling and letting the gospel transform every area of their lives.

This week Pastor Steve teaches that in Paul’s prison prayer in Ephesians, spiritual understanding comes through four essentials: a passionate faith that loves others, a hungry mind that grows in the knowledge of God, an open heart enlightened by the Holy Spirit, and a surrendered life that depends on the resurrection power and authority of Jesus. It emphasizes that the same power that raised Christ from the dead lives in believers, enabling them to overcome sin, resist the enemy, and live in confident victory and love.

This week Pastor Steve starts his new series in Ephesians by showing how deeply God loves us through the full work of the Trinity as the Father chose us the Son redeemed us through the cross and the Holy Spirit seals us as God’s own. Because we are chosen forgiven and empowered by God we are called to praise Him live as His children accept the forgiveness of the cross and walk daily in the power of the Holy Spirit.

This week Pastor Steve exposes common lies we believe about marriage, parenting, and life, especially the ideas that we are the center of our universe and our own authority, and shows how these lies lead to destructive attitudes and broken relationships. It calls us to reject those lies by submitting to God’s truth, prioritizing daily time with Him, staying aware in critical moments, and guarding our hearts so the truth can set us free.
