Seema Wadhwa is someone who chose to reinvent herself. After spending more than two decades in the corporate world, she stepped away from a familiar, established career to build a life around something she deeply believed in — wellness, movement and helping people feel better in their own bodies. She is an internationally certified yoga professional, aerial yoga specialist, pre- and postnatal yoga practitioner, nutritionist and corporate wellness expert. She is also the founder of Simple Steps to Wellness, where she works across yoga, aerial movement, nutrition and holistic wellbeing. But beyond the qualifications is a much more interesting story. She is a mother of two daughters, a woman who has experienced both the structure of corporate life and the uncertainty of starting again, and someone who continues to explore what health, balance, purpose and personal growth actually mean in real life. Seema’s journey is not simply about leaving a job and opening a wellness studio. It is about having the courage to evolve after years of building one identity — and being willing to discover another.
On OSHOW, we meet the person behind the profession.
Just curious, not enlightened.

Sushant Gaba is a Delhi-based entrepreneur building Sync Audio, a homegrown consumer audio brand. But this conversation goes well beyond business. From the realities of building a brand in India and navigating the Delhi hustle to getting married, masculinity, discipline, motivation and his ongoing 60-day physical transformation — Sushant is at an interesting point where business, body and life are all changing at once. This isn’t a success story told after everything worked out. It’s a conversation from somewhere in the middle of it. Building. Changing. Figuring it out. And, as always on Oshow — wherever curiosity takes us.

Aahil didn’t come on the show to represent anything — he came to talk. About growing up, the day he stopped hiding, what the trans community has taught him that no article ever could, and the parts of being a gay man in India nobody asks about on camera. This isn’t “the LGBTQ episode.” It’s just a long conversation with a genuinely sharp guy who’s lived a very specific life. We get into all of it — coming out, family, faith, the trans experience, and what he actually thinks about on an ordinary Tuesday.

He’s a corporate guy who built the physique most people only dream of — without quitting his 9-to-5. Vinay Sharma is bold, witty, and as unfiltered as they come. No sugarcoating, no fitness-influencer fluff — just real talk. He knows the modern bodybuilding game inside out, all the “secrets” people gatekeep, yet he’s still learning, still evolving. That’s what makes him dangerous in the best way: he can train you to become a beast or a flower — whichever version of yourself you’re chasing. In this episode, we get into what it actually takes to stay shredded while grinding a full-time career, the truth behind supplements and shortcuts, and why discipline beats motivation every single time.

OSHOW — Not Enlightened. Just Curious.
This isn't an interview show. It's a conversation — the kind you'd have with someone interesting at 1am, if that conversation went on for three…
No script. No "so tell us about your journey." Just two people following curiosity wherever it goes — sometimes deep, sometimes dumb, sometimes we're wrong and say so on camera. We change our minds here. We admit when we don't know something. We're not here to inform you — we're here to think out loud with people who make us think differently.
Guests range from doctors to founders to people who've never been on a podcast before but have something real to say. The only rule: it has to be an actual conversation, not a rehearsed one.
Think less "expert lecture," more "smart friend who happens to know a lot, being honest with you."
