Mark Matthews will forever be a Rush, but after this week's trade, he's now a member of the Toronto Rock. Saskatchewan got younger, bigger and faster thanks to two deals and they also have themselves 5 picks in the first 24 selections in this year's draft.

Keenan is up to his old tricks- no rebuilding but retooling!

We also talk to Cody about the RMLL who will host this year's Minto Cup and have two teams vying for the National Jr A Championships. But what will they do after that? Because a 4-team Jr A league isn't all that competitive.
