This week on the OTCB Podcast, we welcome back friend of the show Ian MacKay of the Bandits as they get set to defend their title- again!

While there may not be much talk of the 3peat, MacKay and the Bandits know that there's a huge target on their backs. So maybe that's why this year's training camp was a little different than others.

Buffalo didn't play in week 1, so MacKay and his "dad", Matt Vinc, as well as some other teammates, braved the snow storm and watched the Bills on Monday night.
