This is a podcast that I have been looking forward to releasing for a long time. You will hear in this podcast a lady of outstanding value to her business through her leadership style and results she creates, and a person who remains as ambitious as anybody that I know. She talks openly about a challenging childhood and how she used her experience in her younger years to springboard into an adult life where she could realise her potential. This episode includes all of the wonderful voice notes of support that I received in the first few days of launching OTT Red. On the 27th of May we went public globally and invited 750 OTT professionals to become founder members of this fantastic community. Hundreds of people sent me messages, and a number of people were kind enough to send voice notes to me. I decided to make an audio montage of these voice notes to celebrate what I see as a milestone that makes me feel very proud.

I this interview I enjoyed learning about Maurice childhood in a small seaside town in The Netherlands, the multiple languages he speaks fluently (including German, Spanish and of course English) and his view of the world his kids are now growing up in. Of course, we also explore the professional side of Maurice’s life and what he is excited about in the coming years in the world of OTT. After working in this marketplace for the last two years, and placing some of the finest talent that exists in the OTT space into some of the most remarkable companies, and I feel confident to say that we have mapped the top 5 to 10% of talent globally in OTT.
