Kerry teaches Simple Tips for Extraordinary Living using stress reduction techniques and work-life balance to help people supercharge their lives. She coaches corporate clients and elite athletes in mindset and peak performance techniques and creates tailored programs for private clients who are seeking mastery in all areas of their lives.   

After many years of teaching and coaching, Kerry is focused on writing, creating courses, and speaking on the topics she is so passionate about. She is on a mission to inspire and encourage people to become the person they dream of being and to create the life they imagine.  You can usually find Kerry somewhere outdoors with her five children in tow when not teaching or writing.

The episode started with our hosts discussing their views and experiences on cursing/swearing (6:27). Dell then agrees to what Kerry says about how we tend to drop and stay into victim mode when some situation arises (13:50). Kerry shares what she calls "Tools of Gold" if this happens to her (14:47). She then says that it's not always bad to stay in such state, as this gives time to process your feelings and helps you decide what to do moving forward. Kai was curious how she came to these ideas setting boundaries (20:05).

They then move to discuss Kerry's practice on Peak Performance Coaching and its difference from a normal coaching (22:54). She shares that she decided to pursue this when she was thirteen, which Dell further asks what led her to do it during that time (26:52). Kerry then shares what she thinks is an extraordinary life.

Kai started the episode with questions that have been bothering her mind about how we deal with emotions and the healing that comes with it (6:10). Dell then asks her what did she discover upon pondering with these questions (8:23), comparing the then and now. Kai shares she feels more authentic now, being closer to her true self. 

Dell then shares his own concept of emotional intelligence and how he processes his emotions {13:49) He says he looks at emotional intelligence more of like an awareness both in the emotions inside us and the emotions of people around us.  

They proceed to talk about conflicting feelings (22:07), on whether it's a good thing or bad thing with Kai stressing that it depends on perspective. Kai further asks on how Dell shifts from conflict to peace when he experiencing this (28:16). A viewer comments her own way of dealing with conflict (35:08). 

They then talk about how young children copies these coping mechanisms (36:26) where they stress the impact made by adults to the young ones around them. Kai asks Dell on his feeling knowing his kid picked some of his unhealthy habits (38:37).

Shawn Murphy received his Bachelor of Science degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Minnesota in 1982 while working part-time as a machinist for Ramar Engineering. While working full-time as an engineer for General Dynamics, Ft. Worth division, Mr. Murphy completed his Master in Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1985 and his Master in Business Administration from Texas Christian University in 1989. 

At age 30, he moved to Liechtenstein to run the PRP Performa Ag investment team and started studying German. He received his CFA charter in 1994 and then started studying philosophy in German. After moving the investment team to Bermuda in 2000, he started publishing his philosophic works in the Bermuda Sun, following the attack on 9/11/01. He published a series of six articles speaking out against the rhetoric that had erupted. The final article in this series was entitled: “We all have the same spiritual ancestry”. 

Following the stroke of his twenty-year-old daughter, Shawn was inspired to write the trilogy Torn Between Two Worlds. Since then, Mr. Murphy has been actively blogging on Quora where he has been able to assist many on the spiritual path. Following the successful launch of his most recent book, Shawn has become a spiritual consultant to assist others with their spiritual growth. *****

The discussion starts when Shawn Murphy mentions his third awakening in which Dell asks him about his first awakening (7:44). Shawn shares his experience when he was 14 when he tried 18 different religions to discover the logical explanation of spirituality.

Mentioning his fourth book about the spiritual causes of mental health disorders, Dell asks particularly about the cause of depression (13:08) as he shares his personal experience with it.

Tom Paladino is a scalar energy researcher based in Florida. Scalar energy is the fundamental life force found everywhere in the world, space and universe. It originates from the sun and stars. Chi, prana, OM, mana, life force, pyramid energy or zero-point energy are synonymous terms for scalar energy.  

Tom theorized that all energy in the universe initiates as scalar energy; and that the sun of our solar system and the stars of the universe are the points of origin, “the storehouses,” for scalar energy. He further theorized that scalar energy is instructive energy, as the entire universe is instructed by this Divine Essence. 

Subsequently, all spiritual, cognitive, emotional and physical action in the universe is initiated and maintained by scalar energy instructions. Scalar energy provides order in the universe.  *****

The episode started with Tom explaining how he started and developed his theory (5:43) where he mentions Nikola Tesla and explains that scalar energy is the energy of the sun and stars, which is a free energy. Scalar Energy is the first cause of all causes.

At the age of 19, Catia started seeking the answers to her present difficulties, anguish, fears, and insecurities in relation to the world but she was unable to find the answers outside of herself.It all changed one night when she asked the same questions not outwards but directed the questions to herself, looking for a place inside her where there was a drawer she could open and discover/remember a piece of her history frozen in time. Little by little, she started to remember her dreams more vividly and have flashes of answers to her questions.

Gradually, she began to feel that her inner universe was more connected to the outer universe, interconnected. More and more she saw the synchronicity between the two of them. She experienced the Laws described in the Kybalion book, everything experientially, not just a mental process.

To complement the journey, she got the runic stones from a friend. She felt in the runic writings the tools of conscious connection between the micro and the macro, as a dynamic, self-evolving, self-conscious, and self-transcendent form of the processes. The Runes of this work are unique, evolved, and are in harmony and conformity with the Laws that govern the universe inside and outside us.

*****The episode started with Kai asking for more details about what happened when Catia was 19 (6:05) where her son narrated how an encounter when she was alone on a beach opened her "internal records" and changed her life (16:12). This led her to write her book The Cryptology of the Soul which is a guide to open up your own internal records. She highlights the importance of discipline in doing this (7:13).

Kai delves further into this discipline (7:29) in which Catia explains that we should have discipline in all we do. They proceed to talk about Catia's book RUNES: The Cryptology of the Soul where her son explains more in detail what is included in the book (21:37). 

Dell then asks about Catia's interpretation of the Laws of Kybalion (24:41) where she explains and focused more on the Law of Cause and Effect. Dell follows up with a question on traumas in the past life and if healing it in the current life simultaneously heals it also in the past life (31:45). Catia explains that we should address the root of the problem because if not, it will be always on loop. Dell asks further about the tendency of the traumatic episodes to come back and what it mean (35:01). 

Kai then asks what types of people need to read the book (38:25) while Dell asks about how to share energy with people who do the work (47:10). He then asks for her personal experience that this happened (48:52). Catia shares 3 stories.
