A commonality among many of those that have gone through or are going through a challenge in life is that they feel compelled to turn around and help those facing challenges on their own. Such is the case with my guest in this episode.
I am speaking with Ingrid Hanson-Popp. She experienced the joys and challenges of being a caregiver for her mother. Through it she gained many valuable insights that she shares with us.
She also put pen to paper to write a book of memoirs of her mom and her experiences as a caregiver.
I invite you to listen to Ingrid. You will gain, as I did, additional insights into the incredibly challenging role of being a caregiver.
If you wish to learn more about Ingrid and the resources she offers, please visit her website at https://www.droppedpencil.com/. On her page she shares links to several valuable resources.
Her book by the title of Becoming Orphans is also available through the web site.
Ingrid has a podcast where you can listen to her insights. It is balled Becoming an Orphan by Ingrid Hanson-Popp and is available through all the major podcast outlets.
