In his third year as Elementary Principal at Northwest Christian School, Eric Dowdle has worked, throughout his entire educational career, to create school culture in which every student feels valued.  Yet, it can be challenging!  The elementary years are those in which socialization is forming and students are moving from being entire self-aware towards being cognizant of the needs of their peers.

But, as Eric shares today, when school and home work together around some common objectives, we can take some of the bumps out of the road...
