It has been a full month and a half since the launch of my podcast. In this episode, I explain what I learned during this period of integration and what I needed to realize in order to fully integrate this major identity shift. I talk about how I needed to take a break from social media in order to find my voice away from all the noise and realizing that seeing myself and my work through the lens of social media was creating a major block in my creative process.

The launch of the podcast truly activated all of these limiting beliefs to come to the surface so that I can finally move forward toward my path without the weight of self-criticism.

In the first ever episode of Our Perspective, we talk about “perspective” itself and list all the ways that becoming aware of your own perspective can help shape the way you move in life.
