This is my return episode, I have been gone for far too long. I am working to correct that and I pray you will share this episode with your friends and family. If you have any questions please feel free to email me [email protected]. I would love to hear your feedback. Thank you for being patient with me and I hope I can serve you in the future. Have a blessed day.
In this episode I return from a small battle with my mindset. In order to serve you better I really needed this break to see where I wanted to go. I have definitely refined my mindset and to serve you better. Give a listen and find out what I have done to be even happier than I have before. Feel free to reach out with whatever feedback you want and I will be more than happy to answer you.
Thank you for listening and it is truly my pleasure to serve you. Have a great day!
In this episode I talk about getting out of the daily grind of work and life and letting time serve you. I know this is something that is uncomfortable and unknown to many of us. For our overall health, this is something that we need to do, because if you don't, you will become bitter and angry.
With everything going on around us, it is more than necessary to find an escape so we can recharge our feeling of happiness. Give a listen to my adventures and anecdotes as to how I view everything. Laugh a little or a lot, either way give a listen and see if something might help you.
My website is currently down, but is hoping to be back up very soon. Thank you for listening, have a blessed week, and remember I love you.
In today's episode I talk about the road you are on. Is it the right one? That is for you to decide. I try to give you some helpful suggestions to see if it is the right road and if it isn't I try and urge you to go ahead and make the change.
Getting out of our comfort zone is scary, but with a plan, you can make it less so. Take your time and make sure that the change that you want to see (or happen) is right for you. This is an amazing time to be alive. We all have the same 86,400 seconds in a day. Don't let one slip by without a smile.
Feel free to connect with me [email protected] I will try to help in any way I can. I look forward to hearing about your success. Have a blessed week.
"If you don't like the road you're walking, start paving another one." - Dolly Parton
This episode I hope will help you decide if you are on the right path or should you start down another one. Too many times we settle for what we think is right, only to find out years later that we are not happy. I have done this numerous times and would change and start paving a new road.
Now, this isn't for everyone, it is a long, bumpy, and hilly road. It can be great but at the same time it can be the worst. I have experienced both emotions doing this. I don't really recommend this path in life. But, if you are at the point where something needs to change, then I suggest you take a long look at everything you have and everything you want and choose wisely.
I have had a lot of help (here and there) from different people, God (who has saved me many times), and of course my own wits. I normally manage to eventually be able to smooth out the road, but not without some bumps and bruises. If you are stuck in a situation that you need to get out of, then by all means start paving your own road.
Take your time, think about each step, and then take that first step. Feel the freedom start to wash over you. Just keep taking each step as you get closer to your goal/dream.
I would love to hear about your journey, feel free to email me http://[email protected] and tell me what you are doing. If you have any questions, feedback or anything like that, just click the link, and I would be happy to help in any way I can.
Until next week, remember, you are amazing, loved, and awesome. Have a beautiful week.
In today's episode we talk about either living in the past, or looking forward to the future. We sometimes have to rearrange what we have always done to move forward for new and better things.
Too many times we get so used to the way life goes and we become stagnant just wishing something would change. Well, if you want something different, then you have to become different. That can (and usually is) at first scary, but once we take that first step it starts to become easier. Then when we actually realize we are doing something different, by the time we notice we are already on our way.
So, instead of turning back, the best thing to do is to keep going. Along the way we will lose friends/family because they are only holding us back and keeping us from our true selves. As we take each step, we start to get a clearer picture of the goal up ahead. Along the way, we will also learn that if we get off the path, we can adjust so the goal is still attainable.
There are many books out there to help us, one is the Bible. Another great book is How to Stop Worrying and Start Living. These are just some of the great material to help you get started on living life to it's fullest. If you have any questions, comments, or feedback feel free to email me [email protected].
I look forward to hearing from you and helping you on your journey. Until next week, be yourself, stay true, and have a blessed week.

This is episode 3 of My Promising Life and it's all about how to get out of your comfort zone and achieve the things that you want in life. We are all given the same amount of time to do what we want and some of choose to go after something and some of us don't.
If you want to get out of your comfort zone, you don't have to wait for the "new year". Let's start right now, and get going. I have been so guilty of starting something and not finishing it, it's pathetic. That is why I did this episode, not only for you but myself as well. I have been getting a lot better over the last couple of years, but I think we all could use a little encouragement.
If you have any questions, comments, would like to have someone to talk to, then please by all means email me at [email protected] . I look forward to hearing from you and if I can be of service in any way I would love the chance.
Thank you for listening and I will probably update these tomorrow...lol
You are special just the way you are and you should celebrate that, let me know what works for you or if I can help in any way. Email me [email protected]
This is the first episode of many, I am just a normal messed up person, who is trying to be better than I was yesterday. In the past I have ran from my problems, let the fear of failure get the best of me, and worried about everything.
Now, I stand up and face my fears, I don't run from my problems (I find solutions), and I only worry about things that threaten my way of life. I want to help you do the same (if that is what you want). Today, too many people run and hide from every little thing. I, myself was really bad at this. Now after analyzing my life, I have come to the realization that it was my own mind creating all of the stress and worry.
With the help of Zig Ziglar, Tom Ziglar, Tony Robbins, Jim Rohn, John C. Maxwell to only name a few. I have a better understanding of who I am and who I want to be. I tend to think that most of us want to do better, and be better people. This is the reason for this podcast.
My Promising Life podcast has been in the making for over 5 years. It has taken me this long to overcome my fear and anxieties, learning the process to get all of this done, and to finally push myself to complete this first chapter of a brand new life.
Some of you might be turned off by this and I am okay with that. I am only talking to the one person who wants to change and see results. If I am able to help just one person be better than they were yesterday, then I am content. But, I am not done, because that means I need to help someone else.
After a lot of soul searching, I realize that I have had many mentors in my life who have shown me different ways to live. I just never realized it at the time, (I'm a little slow now and then...lol). Since I have started to awaken and put this guidance into practice, it has seriously helped me become a better person.
So, I want to bring what I have learned from them (and myself) to you. I would love to hear your feedback on what has helped you. Let's have a conversation and just maybe we can help each other.
