This week we’re lucky enough to have a chat with Pete O'Keefe, the President of the Sapphire Coast Skatepark Association in NSW. Petes been with the SSA from the very beginning, when he and a couple of mates decided to take matters into their own hands – sick of waiting for council to pull their thumb out.
From beginning as a Merimbula project Pete tells us how the SSA has expanded and working across the BSVSC so that theres now advocates for Skate Parks everywhere.
