With team members taking more and more off of his plate, Matt is able to spend more time on high-level thinking, such as the mission of Summit. Meanwhile, Peter is planning to roll out a free plan for Reform.

Peter is wrestling with two big problems at Reform: The stability (or lack thereof) of their hosting provider and how to dramatically increase the top-of-funnel. Matt is recruiting founders to build startups on top of Summit, using the Summit API as a modeling layer.

Matt and Peter update the listeners on how things are going with Summit and Reform. Reform had its second-best month of trials, and Summit is adding engineering capacity behind the Summit API. Peter also shares his idea for an updated version of Reform's pricing, and Matt has an idea for how to put the "Re" in Reform.

Peter has found his groove at the new coworking space and is working on marketing for Reform. Meanwhile, Matt is working on some big changes to the Summit frontend that will give users more powerful query and charting capabilities.
