Ling Ling Huang is a Grammy-award winning violinist, and author of two of my favourite genre-bending books, Natural Beauty and Immaculate Conception. In this episode, we talk about the complexity of queer female friendships, the darker side of classical music, and the incredibly important practice of carving out time for your art, especially when you're also a mom!

Louise Pentland is an expert storyteller, iconic business woman, author, vlogger, mum of two, and most of all, one of my dearest friends. This past year we were both diagnosed perimenopausal and autistic (a classic combo for many women our age) and in this episode we talk about everything from discovering neurodivergence in adulthood, to early childhood trauma, to divorce, to chaotic birthing stories. But if that all sounds heavy, don’t worry, we somehow manage to laugh our way through!
