March is Women's History Month and we are discussing strong female leads. We also talk about the elephant in the world wide room.
Podcasters Note: We recorded this on March 15. 18 days later, the world has changed and we have infinite respect for the people on the front lines, the people still working to keep the world semi-funtioning, and for the people who have been effected. I, Amanda, was diagnosed 5 days later with pressumptive covid-19 ( I am better 2 weeks later.) Illinois, where we live, has over 100 reported deaths from covid. The library Karla works at is now slated to open on May 1. We talked about the coronavirus with respect but we also joked a little, because we just didn't know. We wish you all health and well being for you and your families.
