Common Courtesy is a Two-Way interaction. Remember, nobody knows who you are, nor do they care unless they know you; 99.99% of the world does not. Why would you have an expectation that they do? It is called mutual respect for a reason. I don't know you and you don't know me. Other than that, "You must be arrogant to assume the whole world knows who you are and should care".
