PS. Growing up as a child of an expat in Macau often means facing the challenge of finding employment or pursuing higher education by the age of 18. This may also involve being sent to the country of one's passport, even if they have never lived there before. This is due to Macau no longer granting residency to those born in the territory, unlike most countries.
Some words you might hear for the first time:
OFW - overseas filipino workers
White card- Macau residency card (like green card in the US)
Blue card - Macau Foreign employment card
