Confidence is something EVERYONE lacks. And it's the ONE thing that holds us back.

How do we gain confidence?
-know what's true
-protect your energy
-stop listening to everyone's opinions

How do we stop the cycle?
-be honest with yourself about who you really are
-what do you want for your life

How do we continue the cycle and stop our confidence from growing?
-self sabatoge
-allow ourselves to sit in the negative space for too long

How do we act confidence to gain confidence
-listen to someone who motivates you
-choose to stop the cycle and move past it
-allow yourself to celebrate your wins

ACT before you're ready and prove to yourself you can do it.

In this episode I am talking about a question I get asked a lot. How do you balance a huge business or starting a business when you are working another job and have kids?

How do you have the time? How do I spend enough time with my kids? How does the household still function when I am all in and growing a successful business?

Mom guilt is real. We want to be and do for everyone. But the reality is, this IS a second job. But there are huge benefits to being able to work from your phone and still seeing your kids.

What do you have to change in your current family life to make it all work and is it worth it?

What is "manifesting"? Seems like such a cliche word these days and something all the cool kids are doing.  But what is it and how do you do it?

Did you know you manifest things in your life everyday but they aren't always the best things. If you control your thoughts, your thoughts no longer control you.
