Outliers.001

In this episode, we welcome Tristin Wiegand back to the podcast. Tristin's been busy since our last conversation on the show. Before his first appearance here, Tristin had just finished his first year as the number two rookie at the Shield Co. in 2020. This past year he continued to develop his skill set, and finished the season as a Top 10 overall rep, while qualifying to become the youngest business partner at the Shield Co. As always, this episode provides insight into the mind of a top tier performer. I hope you enjoy it!

For those of you being introduced to Jack Kammer for the first time, he came into the door-to-door scene as a force to be reckoned with. As an 18 year-old, he became a Top 10 Rookie at the Shield Co's national organization. Jack has established himself as one of the most focused, driven teenagers in direct sales. Selling at a high level isn't the only thing Jacks known for. He's accomplished high-performance status while demonstrating integrity through his sales process.

This episode features JP Deboyer. He was a 2021 Top 10 Rookie, serviced revenue of 332k, Shield Champion and earned 6 figures in his first 4 months on the job. He holds Detroit's all-time rookie record at 332k serviced revenue.

Tristin Wiegand is a 19-year-old sales outlier. He became the #2 Rookie at Ecoshield during the summer of 2020. He came 1st place in Rookie Mania, and is on pace to become a partner at Theshieldco in 2021.

Ethan became the #6 salesman in Ecoshield last summer, he also had the top producing team out of any partner in Ecoshield’s 2020 class. Ethan is as authentic as they come, and he practices what he preaches.

Tristan Ross is a wunderkind. He's an industry leading salesman and an entrepreneur.
