Outreachy provides internships in open source & open science. Outreachy provides internships to people subject to systemic bias and impacted by underrepresentation in the technical industry where they are living.
Outreachy internships are:
šµ Paid - USD 7,000 total internship stipend
š Remote - both interns and mentors work remotely
š° 3 months - internships run from May to August, or December to March
Outreachy has internship projects in both open source and open science. Outreachy internship projects may include programming, research, user experience, documentation, graphical design, data science, marketing, user advocacy, event planning, and more!
