Today we dive into Katia Krafft, one of the first female Volcanologists. Katia and her husband Maurice put their lives on the line countless times to record and collect scientific data and images to educate the masses and save lives from volcanic disasters. Katia and Maurice tragically passed away recording a volcano in Japan.
