Ketamine therapy has been found to lead to significant and enduring reductions in depression and anxiety symptoms among clients. Many individuals share that after completing our program, they experience personal development, increased clarity, and a sense of connection with others. Our guest, Jacob Pollack, is a Registered Social Worker who has been active in the fields of disability support, mental health, and addiction since 2015. Transitioning from a career in evolutionary-developmental biology, Jacob integrates concepts from evolutionary theory, attachment styles, and sensorimotor approaches into his therapeutic practice, alongside training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
