They brought in Will Howard from Kansas State, Quinshon Judkins from Ole Miss, and most notably Caleb Downs from Alabama post Nick Saban's retirement. Ohio State football has fallen noticeably short of their goals the last few years by failing to win the Big Ten and failing to defeat Michigan.
