Team Sky's Ian Boswell checks in from the team bus following the second of his final three races of the season. Yesterday's event went well while today's cold, rain and sprint finish caused a mass exodus from the race. Ian's final race of the year - Lombardia - takes place Sunday.

Race Announcer Dave Towle joins us following the Elite Men's Road Race with his take on the day as well as his thoughts regarding the Women's Elite Road Race, the U23s and Juniors as well. Dave offers excellent, one of a kind insight!

Mick Walsh offers his thoughts on the experiences he enjoyed as a spectator during the Men's Elite Road Race. As a former Irish National Team member, Walsh was pulling for both the US team as well as his countrymen. He was not let down!

We visit today with entrepreneur Mark Gonglach who we met at Interbike. Gonglach came up with the idea for a vibrating foam roller. Since building his first prototype a few years ago, the product has gone through six iterations and is ready to go to production. Rolling Forward is on Kickstarter and should be released to the public by March 2016
