Today Ian talks about what happens the morning of a stage, his recovery from such a difficult day as yesterday and the next 4 mountain stages leading up to the final rest day next Tuesday.

Following the Rest Day, Stage 11 was billed as the most difficult stage in Vuelta history. Boswell put in a stellar performance taking 3rd on the stage - congratulations Ian! Boswell discusses the make up of the early break as well as his feelings when his team director drove up on the final climb with the word to go for it.

Team Sky's Ian Boswell checks in from Andorra during his first ever Rest Day. Ian addresses the crashes that have taken place and possible reasons why crash frequency seems to be increasing. Boswell also goes into detail about what it's like to drop back to assist a teammate who's crashed or had a mechanical and then chase back to the pack. We also discuss his rest day and preparation for tomorrow's brutal climbing stage.

2015 Paris Brest Paris (PBP) finishers Bryce Walsh and Terri Gooch join us to provide both veteran and rookie perspectives of the event. This was Walsh's 4th PBP and Terri's first. Rick Tillery and I discuss a few other happenings in the cycling world as well. Portions of this episode will be available in video as well so, if a few parts sound as though we're talking to a camera...we are.

It was a long, hot day for the peloton today with a mountain top finish. Ian goes into detail about the important decisions and lessons learned when doing one's job in the peloton.

Lachlan discusses the final stage of the US Pro Challenge as well as a summary of the race. We also talk about his up coming events and the very brief offseason.

Once again Ian checks in from the massage table - hope he knows how much we appreciate this!! Boswell was kept extremely busy during today's high temperatures. Ian's doing well, staying within himself and now resting up for tomorrow's mountain top finish.
