  • Marie Lesaicherre – Transforming Anxiety and Stress into Resilience

Marie Lesaicherre is the founder and CEO of Akesa Health, a startup offering a self-guided therapy app helping people transform anxiety and distress into resilience. She is a global entrepreneurial executive with 18 years of experience launching tech businesses for General Electric and startups in the US, Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Marie holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Biology from the National University of Singapore and an executive MBA from Columbia Business School and the London Business School. She devoted twenty years to getting degrees, climbing the corporate ladder worldwide, and running away from long-forgotten childhood trauma. The traumas resurfaced and derailed her career. She experimented and trained in numerous therapies (talk therapy, psychedelics, energy, and holistic healing) and eventually found therapies that saved her life. Through her life experiences, she got very interested in neuroscience, mind-body connections, holistic health, and spirituality. This experience caused her to get frustrated with the lack of affordable and scientifically-validated mental health solutions. While researching therapies that had helped her, she realized the brain has innate self-healing potential. This self-healing potential will transform anxiety and stress into resilience - the ability to face life's setbacks without needing a therapist.

  • Jennifer Dawn Robbins Episode 1 – Mental Toughness to Affect Transformation

Jennifer Dawn Robbins overcame her family's toxic culture to find the passion that drives her today. She sold apples off my grandfather's tree when she was eight. She then launched a cake decorating business in high school, worked for the Governor of Florida, and IBM in my early 20s. Always wanting to improve and do things her way, she founded her first software company at 23. That company developed point-of-sale systems for amusement parks, and she traveled the world while growing the business from nothing to over $1M in annual sales. After 13 years, she sold the company and purchased a construction company. The construction industry crashed along with her business the year she bought that company. Undaunted, she knew even the best entrepreneurs fail – it's the getting back up that makes you great. It is the journey to recovery that defines us - not the failures. Through her life experiences, Jennifer knows that developing the person leads to healthy businesses. • Johnathan K. Drayton – The Truth of the Matter Is

Johnathan K. Drayton is a Christian philosopher and aspiring lawyer. He triple majored in his college education in Philosophy, History, and Political Science. In college, he desired to know God's purpose for his life. He knew he loved God. However, he had difficulty applying God's Word to his life. He and his brother have a biblical podcast called "The Truth of the Matter Is." They believe Christians should always be ready to evaluate how we can use God's Word to maneuver through life. Johnathan believes we live on levels that arrive in stages that come in seasons. Therefore, we should pursue being like our Lord Jesus Christ every day while willing to learn from others and hear what they say. "The Truth Of The Matter Is" podcast provides an honest, contextual, historical, psychological, sociological, political, and philosophical view of the Bible through the use of Hermeneutics and, from time to time, personal experiences. Their goal is to help listeners obtain knowledge, open perspective and give practical ways of applying the teachings to everyday life through the inspiring word of God.
