Today I am joined with the creator of the Ultimate World Triathlon, Rob Lea. The Ultimate World Triathlon consists of three incredible feats, climbing Mount Everest, swimming the English Channel and biking across the USA all within a single year. Robs tells us how he came up with the idea, the hardest aspects of the Ultimate World Triathlon and how he considers it just a hobby. This was a super fun interview as Rob gives some great insight into these three incredible endeavors as well as some real motivation to go ahead and do it whatever you goal is.
