The conclusion to season 1 , this episode talks about what a narrative is and how it applies to your daily life in relation to many other topics discussed throughout the season with the main question being, do you truly know yourself? The main focus is to encourage you to dive deeper into understanding who you are, what your goals are, what you tell yourself and gauging how in tune you are with your own thoughts and emotions and transitioning these thoughts as we move forward into season 2 and dive deeper into reframing the mind.

A look into the pieces of life that really determine whether one knows oneself and what they can truly accomplish. Brief touches on multiple outlooks, ideas, and segments all regarding the founding idea, that YOU are ultimately responsible for how life is, what you believe to be your "narrative," and what your future success may entail.

Learning to embrace the future, that with no change comes no opportunity and to achieve this, you need to master your own mind and allow yourself to make the changes need for said success.
