OVERHAUL episodes
- #001 How I Got Here - Gail Sexton
In the first episode of OVERHAUL, I'm taking a little time to tell you how my expertise became instructional design. My career path has been a crazy, challenging journey. Starting my podcast off by sharing some of my ups and downs along the way feels like just the ticket.
I hope you enjoy it.

About OVERHAUL
From the publisher's feed
Corporate training desperately needs an OVERHAUL. Unfortunately, most corporate training is dry and forgettable. I’m not saying this is true for all training, but we can do light years better. I’m…
a corporate training eLearning expert; this is my area of focus, but the principles involved extend to corporate training of all types.
If you'd like to transform corporate training from dry and forgettable to engaging and effective you're in the right place. Follow me.
Let’s overhaul corporate training together.
