Parent-child dynamics are ultimately the foundation for everything we go through. Parents teach children their morals, values, influence their idiosyncrasies, and introduce love, worth, and basic standards. But what do you do when you’ve evolved from the standards set by your parents, have come into your own as an adult, but are now living with your parents again?! Yeah chile, I don’t know either. Overly Ambitious Podcast is officially ONE! As I think about the ambitious goals I’ve smashed and the goals I’m constantly planning, it’s easy to get caught up in the comparison of my wins to the wins of others. I have to always remind myself that comparison really is the thief of joy! I’m learning to have gratitude in all areas of my life, and for all of God’s blessings both big and small.
