First, The plaintiff and defendant used to be friends and eventually became roommates. She says the defendant gave her clothes away without her permission because the defendant guilted her for owing too many things. She’s suing for a security deposit and utility bills. The defendant thinks the plaintiff is a hoarder and she never agreed to split the bills.

Now, they’re engaged, but she refuses to marry him until he takes a lie detector test to prove he doesn’t cheat on her. She’s suing for an unpaid loan. The defendant admits he sold drugs in high school and he’s willing to take the lie detector test.
